I've been looking at what AI is doing to the way we think, learn, and work for years. With workforce development in my job title, keeping up with the labor market was part of the job. I'm also a father of two (that's me in the hat, according to my daughter when she was 9), and I want them ready for a workforce that will look very different from the one I entered.

Professionally, I've spent 19 years across adult learning, workforce development, and instructional design. Most of that work comes down to helping people build new skills, helping organizations absorb change, and turning complicated ideas into systems and learning experiences people can use.

My aim here is to keep things simple. I share what I'm learning, point to resources I think are worth your time, and look for practical ways to help people and organizations adapt as the technology changes. ~Conzolo Migliozzi

Behind this site are years of work in labor-management partnerships, learning science, and performance consulting, where the test of training is measurable change on the job, not how people rated a workshop. I also build with AI every day, running my own system of agents, and I stay close to where the field is going. I’ve attended AI and the Future of Work at Wharton every year since 2024 and Imagine in Action at MIT and in Silicon Valley in 2026. I recently presented at Boston AI Week and to the Healthcare Career Advancement Program (H-CAP), a national training partnership.

Learning Design

I work with your instructional design team to build their capacity to create training that holds up on the job, and I review curriculum to make sure it accounts for how AI is changing the work.
